Would you like to be an ambassador for the world’s leading watch and jewellery brands? Do you like to provide the best customer service? At Lunn's we often get to share in our customer's special events and we like to ensure we can make it the best experience we can.
As an Aftersales Advisor with Lunn’s, your role will report to the Customer Service Manager within our Service Department.
To make sure you can provide the expected level of service we deliver a world class programme of in house and external training provided by our brand partners such as Rolex, OMEGA and Breitling, as well the National Association of Jewellers, This will ensure our store teams are truly product experts.

About us
Lunn’s is one of the leading Jewellers in the UK & Ireland. A family business in its seventh decade, it is now run by the third generation of the family. Over the years we have developed relationships with the finest watch and jewellery houses in the world. Amongst other brands, Lunn’s represent Patek Philippe, Rolex, Breitling, Cartier, David Yurman, Mikimoto, OMEGA, Tudor & Tag Heuer.
Alongside our three Lunn’s Showrooms, the business has extended by a further 6 standalone Monobrand Stores including Rolex, OMEGA, Breitling, Gucci, Montblanc & Tag Heuer.
Lunn’s has become synonymous with luxury craftsmanship and excellent service. This could not be delivered without our excellent team. As we expand our business, we are seeking likeminded individuals to join us.

Hours of Work
Currently our hours of work usually rotate around a rolling day off I.e. Week 1 - Mon Week 2- Tues Week 3- Wednesday etc. Therefore this will include the majority of Saturday’s. Currently we do not operate in Queen’s Arcade on a Sunday.
