As Internal Sales Specialist in our Citrix team, you will be the first point of contact for TD SYNNEX's customers portraying a professional and confident manner that delivers excellent customer satisfaction. You will build and maintain an active customer base and develop new sales opportunities to achieve the sales targets.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Building excellent customer relationships
- Communicating with customers via telephone
- Providing accurate and timely quotations to customers
- Providing product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
- Ensuring TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers
- Selling the benefits of using TD SYNNEX
- Achieving monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets

**To be successful you will have the following skills and experience**:

- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build customer relationships and an excellent telephone manner
- Goal orientated with an appetite to succeed
- Enthusiasm for new tasks and eagerness to drive your career
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
