**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organised records.
- Utilise Word or other suitable software for document creation, scheduling, and collaboration with team members.
- Assist in financial record keeping using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Support various projects by conducting research and compiling data as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
**Experience**
- Business Administration Level 2 or equaivalent is essential.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is essential.
- Ability to perform accurate data entry with attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £13.75 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week

- Monday to Friday
