Apple Mac/PC pre press Assistant in Coventry;
Permanent Hours

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join and be part of our busy and friendly Exhibition Graphic team based in Coventry. We are looking for a super talented Apple Mac Operative to join and be part of our small team of dynamic and talented individuals.

Key Responsibilities include;
The main duties will include preparing print-ready artwork from clients' files

Undertake amendments, artwork and image search using adobe software including Photoshop, illustrator, CS InDesign and working with general graphic layouts taken from CAD ready to print

Must have keenness, enthusiasm, and experience to work with Apple Macs Or PC working with Adobe software particularly illustrator

The opportunity to manage and operate print machinery and cutting machines (full training will be given)

The Opportunity to attend Exhibition build ups to see the graphics in person

Proof reading and producing accurate high-quality work checking files prior to print

**Requirements**:

- Experience or interest within the print industry - ideally large format / digital etc.
- Good understanding of Adobe CS
- Used to creating artwork and print ready files
- Editing PDFs using a PDF editor (training will be given if needed)
- Using your mac/pc experience and ability to offer solutions & problem solving
- Understand job imposition and laying jobs to CAD laydowns
- Working with spot colours
- Setting jobs up for multi print devices
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to overcome challenges
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
