We are now recruiting for Software PMO Coordinator

The Software Development service within Focus Group is responsible for creating, maintaining and delivering high quality bespoke software.

The PMO Co-Ordinator is responsible for helping organise, plan and support new developments within the service.

You will help run planning sessions with the teams, ensure refinement and co-ordination of requests, liaising with and informing stakeholders whilst gathering and creating internal progress reports.

The main duties are:

- Effective collaboration with the development team, communicating and escalating if items do not meet an acceptable standard.
- Effective collaboration with key internal stakeholders (engineering, marketing, operations, sales etc) to ensure the UAT process is effective and escalating if applicable.
- Organise, schedule and minute meetings to support projects.
- Undertake Jira and Confluence administration to support project reporting.
- Work alongside BA’s to ensure items being scheduled are sufficiently scoped and the definition of ready is met.
- Assist in chasing / unblocking for items in progress and for upcoming sprints.
- Undertake planning sessions with the development team to help ensure that items are adequately sized and ready to be undertaken.
- Assisting the PMO Team in allocating and prioritising items for upcoming sprints and the backlog.
- Escalate concerns to the Head of Software.
- Attend and co-ordinate steering groups with stakeholders to help prioritise requests.
- Creation and maintenance of supporting process documentation.
- Shared ownership of the release notes process, ensuring deliverables passing QA are scheduled alongside Go live communications.

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
