**Supply Chain Executive

**The Role
Do you possess previous experience in supply chain management, sourcing, stock management or similar, coupled with excellent knowledge of supply chain issues? Are you computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel? If so, we havean exciting opportunity for you.

We are a timely British luxury fragrance brand, looking to appoint an experienced Supply Chain Executive to assist the Operations Director in the sourcing and management of supply chains, product compliance, product development and export registrations.

**Key Responsibilities**

The key responsibilities of a Supply Chain Executive include, but are not limited to:

- Assist in the development of data driven forecasts and ensure they are delivered quarterly on time and updated as appropriate
- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
- Maintain NPD calendars, product launch schedules and critical paths and keep senior management to the same
- Collaborate with vendors and 3rd party advisors to ensure compliance with logistics requirements and resolve issues with service providers
- Maintain component delivery schedules to provide an efficient pre-production plan
- Ensure on time deliveries of component parts to serve production requirements
- Maintain up to date supplier costs spreadsheets in conjunction with the finance team
- Negotiate costs to be as low as possible
- Place and manage supplier orders
- Add new products to company inventory system and keeping detailed product records
- Create new products’ SKU/barcodes within the company’s inventory system and keeping and sharing accurate product details
- Manage the creation of product labels/packaging artwork
- Maintain up to date artwork files of labelling that meet the compliance/regulatory requirements
- Liaise closely with stakeholders and partners to ensure up to date and accurate regulatory records - PIFs (product information folders)
- Liaise with suppliers and business partners to ensure efficient and accurate sharing of information
- Keep up to date records of product changes and being aware of any legislation that will result in future changes
- Maintain an archive of sealed samples to judge against production
- Carry out other miscellaneous duties appropriate to the role that might arise from time to time

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Supply Chain Executive are:

- Proven experience in sourcing, supply chain management, stock management, production, purchasing, or equivalent
- Extremely computer literate with advanced Excel skills
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
- Strong relationships and management of suppliers and service providers
- Ability to focus on operational delivery ensuring outcomes are efficient and effective
- Be able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks to a high standard
- Excellent verbal, and written communication skills
- Numerical competency and analytical skills
- Meticulous organisational abilities
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments
- Knowledge of industry’s legislation and regulations
