Supply Chain Executive | Ethical Coffee | Homebased

What does coffee mean to you?

An essential start to your day, a chance to catch up with friends, or do you fancy yourself as a bit of a home barista?

Our client is an ethical coffee business. No snobbery, just great tasting brews.

Sustainably roasted using air roasting technology cuts carbon emissions by 40%.

They’re taking the snobbery out of coffee. It’s barista-grade and comes in fully recyclable packaging so everyone can make a great tasting cup. They even make instant taste good.

Oh, and they’re a B-Corp too. Planet and people friendly.

Now you’ll probably know more about supply chain management than me.

But all I know is that this coffee journey needs to be spot on.You’ll be managing the day-to day operations of the supply hain, including forecasting, stock reordering and shipping - covering Amazon, their website, retail, and wholesale.

The main goal? Maintaining stock freshness and getting those deliveries to customers on time.

You’ll have experience in supply chain within FMCG already, and the opportunity of this role will lead into a head of supply chain.

Working for a growing start-up you’ll likely have to chip in with a bit extra outside of your main role.

However, that also means getting the chance to have lots of influence and implementing your own ideas.

Practical bits: This is a homebased role, but you’ll be wanted in London once every two weeks. They work out of a collaborative office space so it’s a pretty nice spot to meetup in.

You’ll also get paid a salary which is ideal (can’t mention it sorry). There’s also (you’ll never guess it) a pension and you’ll be allowed to go on holiday.

I’m being cynical here, but they do offer private healthcare insurance and four days a year to volunteer which is pretty cool.
