We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic customer focused person to provide a warm welcome to our guests. You would be the first point of call for our guests and create the first impression.

You must enjoy a varied role as the position involves working across all departments including Reception, Brasserie and Housekeeping.

Brief description of duties
- Greet guests in a professional, cheerful manner at all times
- Follow set procedures for checking guests in and out
- Take bookings and enquiries for restaurant, events and functions
- Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Be responsible for the correct administration of payments and charges
- Be aware of room descriptions, rates, promotions and hotel offerings at all time
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
- Assist other departments on a daily basis
- Clean rooms to a high standard
- Provide a food and drinks service in the Brasserie

This role is shift work, shifts will be on a rota basis, 5 days out of 7 and divided amongst all departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: From £6.40 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
