This new innovative care agency is now looking for experienced, **Healthcare Assistants** that are diverse and able to adapt to new environments within residential homes, nursing homes, support living, private hospitals, and NHS environments in Ramsgate and surrounding areas.

**What will Elite Staffing require from you?**
- The ability to work with empathy, care, and understanding.
- The ability to adapt quickly to any care setting.
- Good levels of understanding and experience in working within the care sector
- NVQ L2 & L3 are desirable but not essential.
- Having a driving license and access to own vehicle is not essential but is highly preferred.
- An enhanced DBS check and right to work will be required.
