You will be responsible for managing their busy schedules, coordinating meetings, handling important documents, and ensuring smooth communication flow. This is a full-time position, allowing you to showcase your exceptional skills in a flexible work environment that combines remote work and office presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mastering the art of diary management, ensuring all appointments and meetings are well-coordinated.
- Providing impeccable meeting administration, including accurate minute-taking and action item management.
- Exemplary inbox and document management, keeping everything organized and accessible at all times.
- Skillfully arranging travel itineraries and accommodations for the executive team.
- Thriving under pressure, efficiently prioritizing tasks and effortlessly multitasking.
- Showcasing a positive and enthusiastic attitude, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Paying meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Utilizing your excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrating proficiency in ICT packages, particularly Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Sharepoint, and OneDrive.

Occasional travel to offsite venues for meetings may be required, including infrequent overnight stays.
