The Temporary Accommodation Team are offering a fixed term or secondment opportunity for a Housing Officer. The role involves providing an efficient service to tenants and licensees in temporary accommodation, to ensure the effective use of properties minimising voids and to ensure properties are maintained to an agreed property standard.

**About the role**:
It also involves dealing with Antisocial Behaviour, preparing legal documents and attending case conferences.

**Additional information**:
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
