Dealing with inbound new business enquiries within B2B market sectors. This will involve converting inbound enquiries from prospects that have a genuine need or up-selling / cross selling to existing customers, whilst delivering against a set of agreed objectivesin line with the Hygiene Sales strategy.
**Your roles and responsibilities**:

- Effectively deal within inbound sales calls / live chats for the Hygiene division which involves selling of the Hygiene product range, or communicating those enquires to the correct salesperson / department
- Focus on the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of sales activity not just the quantity
- To Identify customer's needs and up-sell opportunities to maximise sales
- Follow up on quotations and close sales deals over the phone
- Accurately forecast and deliver against revenue targets
- Pass leads to the relevant Field Sales Consultant as and when required
- Use the CRM system to effectively record, manage and develop opportunities
- Champion the Sales strategy ensuring the customer is at the heart of what we do
- Help to promote a culture of excellence in respect of customer service, quality, and improvement
- Proactively and successfully follow the onboarding process for new customers.

- Previous experience in a sales role with proven levels of success is preferable
- Experience in using a CRM system is a bonus

**In return for your commitment and expertise, you will receive**:

- An annual basic salary of £12,415.00 with OTE of £15,289.00
- Plus uncapped commission
- 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Part Time hours
- 22.5 hour working week
- Monday to Friday (no weekends).
