We are looking for people who can work 4 or 5 days a week, with a **minimum of 16 hours up to a maximum of 30 hours a week**. This could be 4 hours a day over 4 days, up to 6 hours a day for 5 days. We are flexible on which days you work, and thenumber of hours, as long as its for 4 or 5 days each week and covers the hours between 11.30am and 1.30pm. We do have a set training pattern of 9.30am - 3pm over 5 days for the first 4 weeks training, so as long as you can commit to this, we can look forwardto welcoming you to phs Groupand if you are travelling to work at our Caerphilly office, we have a free on-site car park that will save you a fortune.
**A day in the life of a Customer Service Advisor at phs Group, and what you’ll need**:
- You’ll be talking to our customers every day on our contact centre, to fix any issues promptly and efficiently, and giving our customers a great experience so they feel valued every time.
- Basic computer skills are really important too, and we’ll help you learn the rest.
- Contact centre experience would be advantageous, ideally demonstrating longevity in a contact centre role.
- Most important for us is a can-do attitude, someone who really cares about the work they do for customers
**In return for your commitment and expertise as a Customer Service Advisor at phs Group**:
- You receive a good salary, pro-rated from our full time salary of £20,000 (36.25 hours).
