Are you passionate about working with children and creating unforgettable holiday experiences? We’re looking for enthusiastic and nurturing Playworkers to join our dynamic Summer Holiday Camp team

As a Playworker, you will be responsible for leading fun and engaging activities for children aged 4-12, ensuring they have a safe, enjoyable, and enriching experience throughout the day. Working as part of a supportive team, you will facilitate games, sports, arts & crafts, and other interactive sessions while fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise activities, ensuring children’s enjoyment and safety.
- Build strong relationships with children, encouraging their confidence and social skills.
- Support the team in managing daily schedules and transitions between activities.
- Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are upheld at all times.
- Assist with camp setup, tidying, and general camp operations.

About You
- Nurturing and enthusiastic about working with children.
- Experienced in childcare or activity leadership (formal or informal experience welcomed).
- Reliable, adaptable, and excellent team players.
- Confident communicators with a positive attitude.
- Committed to creating a safe and fun environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus
