**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with teachers to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

- Assist in delivering engaging lessons, providing individualized attention and support.
- Mentor and motivate students, helping them build confidence and develop essential life skills.
- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students with specific educational needs.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a sports coach, ideally working with children or young adults.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
- A passion for supporting students' academic and personal development.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach towards working with children.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a classroom environment.
