We are looking to appoint keen and enthusiastic individuals with a passion for improvement and transformation as we work to deliver the Trust’s ambitious and innovative Corporate, Clinical and Improvement strategies.
Working closely with our clinical and operational teams you will support them to test and try new ways of working, measuring impact and embedding good practise as business as usual.
We are a team of 30 change agents and project managers working across the trusts transformation programmes including:
Getting It Right First Time
Model Hospital
Optimising Operating Services
Organisational Change
Personalising Outpatients
Transforming communication with patients and partners

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Provide project management to specific quality improvement/ service redesign projects
Proactively support these projects within and across divisions. The post holder will need to liaise with multi-disciplinary teams to help ensure improvements are monitored, achieved and fully delivered.
Using appropriate tools and techniques support the delivery of project objectives against identified goals. This includes understanding the detail of project schemes and their timescales and financial constraints.
Monitor the progress of projects. Lead specific areas of the project as required by the Programme Lead. Appropriately resolve or escalate any issues preventing progress to the Programme Lead.
Support the relevant Programme Lead to undertake detailed service evaluation and performance monitoring at various stages of the project and provide information for feedback reports on the project’s success.
Actively contribute to the Always improving training and education programme, providing coaching and facilitation to individuals, action learning sets and teams, upskilling their capability to undertake local change.
