We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Contact Centre Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our group contact centre team in our brand new facility on Blossom Avenue, Humberston.
The role involves managing the contact centre team and calling our existing customers to book their vehicle in for a Service/MOT or necessary work to the vehicle. You will be required to explain all the features and benefits of our products and services to customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supervise the team to ensure high-quality customer service
- Monitor and evaluate performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Develop and maintain procedures and policies
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
Our ideal applicant will have previous experience within a call centre environment, outgoing and confident and keen to learn and develop themselves.Call Centre experience is essential and previous experience in the motor trade is advantageous but not essential for the position.
Hours of work are 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday with an hour lunch break. 22 days holiday per year + Bank Holidays. Pension Scheme after three months of employment

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£33,260.45 per year
