Data Quality Management Lead
Permanent - Remote (occasional site visits) - £80k + Benefits
Our global client is looking for an experienced data quality professional to join their team on a permanent basis. The Data Quality Management will join the team and help ensure that the data meets the highest standards of accuracy and trustworthiness. As the Data Quality Management Lead, you will also be responsible for leading a team that ensures the integrity and accuracy of our data across all functions and departments. You will develop, implement, and maintain data quality guidelines, standards, and procedures to guarantee that the organisations data is of the highest quality. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying and resolving data quality issues and potential risks.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience leading data quality management initiatives, as well as knowledge of data governance, data standards, Data Roadmaps and data quality metrics.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Work with the Data Management Director and key business stakeholders to establish a vision for how the organisation will manage the quality of its data assets to define a Data Quality Strategy/Roadmap that ensures the use of trusted, high-quality data across the business
Drive the identified initiatives from the Data Quality Strategy/Roadmap that will deliver on the vision to create and deliver Data Quality Management capabilities.
Work with Data Management Director to implement a new Data Quality Management operating model and org structure with the roles, responsibilities, processes and artefacts that support all Data Quality Management operations.
Identify the skills required to implement and sustain Data Quality Management practices and build an appropriately skilled team including permanent, temporary or service provider resources.
Establish strong relationships with key stakeholder across a variety of business functions and teams.
