This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Events Executive looking for a role in an award-winning, critically acclaimed group.
**The Group**:
JKS Restaurants was founded by siblings Jyotin, Karam and Sunaina Sethi in November 2008. The group has received critical acclaim and industry recognition since its inception, including 6 Michelin stars, 4 Michelin Bib Gourmands and one restaurant ranked in the World’s 50 Best restaurants.
The JKS portfolio currently includes Michelin Starred restaurants Trishna, Gymkhana, Kitchen Table, Sabor and Lyle’s; as well as cult favourites Hoppers, BAO, Brigadiers, Berenjak, Plaza Khao Gaeng, Speedboat Bar and Bibi. Pubs include The Cadogan Arms and The George.

**The Position**:
The role of Senior Events Executive is to coordinate new business for our unique dining and events spaces. Providing an excellent customer journey throughout.
Duties include:
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with corporate and social event bookers
- Daily enquiry and diary management, proposals, follow ups and function sheets.
- Work closely with the onsite operations team to ensure the smooth running of all events.
- Represent JKS and be responsible for reactive sales to large event enquiries at all JKS restaurants for off site events and client entertaining.
- Be the point of contact for the large events during the planning process
- Track and monitor sales activity and present to the Sales & Events Manager
- Contribute to and deliver sales initiatives to achieve key revenue and quality standard targets
- Take a pro-active approach to problem solving and challenges, be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Occasional weekend work required
- Ensuring that all opportunities are maximised, and targets achieved.
- Achieve agreed KPIs including response timed, conversion and revenue, sales calls, sales meetings and presentations
