**Traffic Office Administrator / Customer Care**

Freight Movement Limited have a new role for a Traffic Office Admin/Customer care within our Newport transport office,

You will need a good geographical knowledge of the the UK, have good IT skills/literacy skills, Previous experience in a Logistics/transport environment will be advantageous, coupled with excellent levels of communication and customer care with a willingness to progress,
- Freight Movement could offer the right person a path into traffic planning or further job options within the business as we continue to grow._

**The role will require dealing with**

Telephone enquiries in reference to day to day operational needs.

Daily reporting to key customers requirements.

Advising ETA (Estimated times of arrival) for deliveries/collections.

Proof of delivery recording and gathering of delivery/collection information.

Driver debrief.

Booking in of deliveries and collections.

Liaising with FM customers/ transport companies/ pallet network members & drivers.

General office & administration duties.

Days of work - Monday to Friday. 1 hour for lunch

Hours of work - 40 hours per week

28 days holiday including bank holidays

Pension scheme available,

Paid weekly or monthly

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
