**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to provide valuable insights.
- Collaborate with team members to create promotional strategies that enhance sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a sales role or customer service environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous but not essential.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
- Must have driving license and own car

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,500.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
