The high-performing operation bringsthe entire P&G resource within the Groupe into one place - this includes creative (Saatchi, Leo Burnett, Publicis WW), data (Digitas) media, search, SEO and Social. It is an exciting, new, future-facing model that we call 'interdependence’, comprising first-classtalent for a first-class client. PG one are now seeking a new Performance Planning Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for creating multi-channel digital investment plans based on a bottom-up planning approach, and making fluid adjustments to these throughout campaigns basedon channel performance. You will act as the primary point of contact with the client for all correspondence related to performance media for their respective brand remit. The performance planner will be integral in driving P&G’s evolution in performance marketing, and will thereforebenefit from an understanding of the role of performance marketing within the broader context of FMCG and offline media planning. On the agency side, you will be responsible for coordinating campaigns with channel specialists (buyers) spanning a variety of digital touchpoints including: social, programmatic, search, Amazon Advertising, retail media & YouTube. Hands-on experience managingone or more of these touchpoints will be beneficial to this role. Additionally, this role will involve working very closely with planning teams who oversee offline and awareness-focused media, in doing so providing streamlined client servicing at all times. The core responsibilities are as follows: - Upon briefing, work with channel specialists to design digital media performance plans to deliver on P&G’s performance KPIs - Manage campaign activations with channel specialists to ensure KPIs are met or surpassed - Analyse performance data, make fast changes to plans & provide strategic recommendations to the client to drive results further - Constantly seek to innovate, whether it be via new strategies, technologies or ways of working **Qualifications** - Prior experience in biddable media planning and/or activation, and within programmatic media - Experience in project managing complex activations spanning several stakeholders both internal and external to the company - Exemplary track record in managing budgets and booking finance - Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships whilst positively influencing those around you - Highly commercial - selling value, negotiation, client relationship management skills, how to be a trusted business advisor - Commitment to deliver first class work every time, and never leave a quality issue unchecked **Additional Information
