Do you want to be part of an organisation that puts children and young people first. Then join us as HR Systems and Data Lead, taking responsibility for developing and delivering strategic People data and reporting to inform decision making.

About the role

The HR Systems and Data Lead is a pivotal role we have developed as we expand our new People and Payroll Service. The role will have the creativity to develop our suite of HR reports scoped to meet our statutory and business requirements at a organisational and team level. The role will ensure that the data and analysis is tailored to meet the audiences requirements and provide short to long terms people trends and projections. In addition to this, core activities will include:

- Be the technical lead specialist for People Data, MI and reporting as well as the lead for managing the delivery of systems administration and end user technical support for the iTrent and Hireserve functionality.
- Maintain the integrity of the systems through the management of access security, training and maintenance of good practice.
- Build and develop strong working partnerships with key stakeholders in order to understand requirements and priorities so that the requirements can be delivered.
- Providing short to long term people trends and projections to improve business operations.
- Making use of Excel or Google Sheets functionality to review, analyse and report data.

About you

We are looking for you to bring:

- Expertise and knowledge to our team
- Technical and practical knowledge of using iTrent and Business Objects and any ATS system
- Skills and ability to configure, test and maintain systems to improve customer experience
- Skills and ability to use and extract data to provide clear information for any reports, schedules and returns
- A key focus on detail, ensuring errors are identified and resolved
- A interest in Systems and Data
- The ability to work digitally and with advanced skills in Microsoft or Google packages i.e. Excel/Google sheets.
