Temp Interviewer

Spa Elite now have Part Time positions available for Temp interviewers & Booking Co-Ordinators to join their Elite Temp Team.

**The Role, in Brief, **This is a key role in our Spa Elite Temporary Agency Worker Division with the key activities based around interviewing, onboarding, and managing our temporary spa and beauty therapists while supporting our vast array of clients across the UK. Spa Elite has revolutionised the industry and how our client's book agency therapists and is the only agency in the UK to exclusively provide our clients with their own temp booking portal, allowing them to manage their own bookings 24/7 day and night, and send shift dates out to our therapists in real-time to our Spa Elite App.

**Key qualities we are looking for**:

- We are looking for ambitious and driven consultants with a genuine love for sales and excitement about building a busy temp desk
- If you have a working knowledge of the Spa or Aesthetic or Wellness industry would be an advantage
- Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal are essential
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Be able to act quickly and decisively
- Have a positive attitude
- Bags of enthusiasm
- Attention to detail is vital
- Confident to interview via phone and video calls
- **Must be confident to deal with last-minute challenges or urgent situations that require a quick resolution**:

- Must be able to drive and have access to a car

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Requesting Right-To-Work documents, IDs and qualification certificates and managing these on our internal CRM system
- On-boarding new temp therapists to our exclusive temp booking portal, discussing potential spa shifts in and around their key areas or further afield if willing to travel for work
- Responsible for the management and upkeep of applicant information on the database. This includes checking and attaching documents such as certificates and ID proofs. It is essential that all details are continually updated to ensure a cleansed database.
- Posting temp job alerts via LinkedIn and managing replies from our social channels
