Job Summary:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team for Ascot Race Day. This is a paid position that offers a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting and prestigious event. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the race day and providing exceptional customer service to attendees.

**Duties**:

- Assist with event setup and preparation, including setting up signage, barriers, and other equipment
- Direct and guide attendees to their designated areas
- Provide information and assistance to attendees regarding race day activities, schedules, and facilities
- Monitor crowd control and ensure the safety and security of all attendees
- Assist with ticketing and access control procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas throughout the event
- Collaborate with team members to address any issues or concerns that may arise during the event

**Requirements**:

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Availability to work on Ascot Race Day (specific dates will be provided)
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods of time

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.90 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ascot, Berkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (required)
