**ROLE**

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Processing of New Member Applications in the absence of the temp team
- Support the drive to engage Juniors in becoming Royal Enclosure Members
- Assist the RE Executive in delivering the marketing communications plan
- Primary year-round contact for Car Park 1 and 2 berth holders. Proactively managing any unpaid berths as well as the Car Park 1 and 2 waiting lists
- Establish yourself as the primary point of contact for Members wishing to book any of the Winning Post Gardens Gazebos
- Point of contact for specific key stakeholders to be determine - such as Royal Household, High Commissioners and Ambassadors, Owners, and Trainers
- Support the Membership department and internal stakeholders in the development of a robust ticketing system and website
- Assist with general Royal Enclosure and Membership department administration duties
- Ensure staff How To guides are kept up to date for any new process

**OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Such other administrative duties as the Memberships department and company may, at times, reasonably require

**QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

**PERSONAL SKILLS**
- Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook and database systems
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels and specifically with VIP and high net worth individuals
- Committed to raising the standard in every aspect of working life
- Ability to work in an open office environment and become a key team member
- Proactive and able to work independently on projects and use own initiative
- Self-motivated with a desire to get the job done and on time
