**The Opportunity - HR Operations Lead**:
As HR Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our ambitious transformation agenda.
Leading a small team, you will focus on streamlining our HR operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and overseeing the implementation of new systems that will enhance our efficiency and service delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity to have a transformational impact on the HR operations function and to shape the future of our HR processes.
**Key Responsibilities - HR Operations Lead**:
- Lead the HR Operations team in delivering day-to-day HR activities, ensuring compliance with HR processes.
- Oversee and improve all HR transactions, including Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) processes.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, templates, and guidelines for HR processes.
- Ensure accurate data management and reporting across HR, Operations, Finance, and leadership teams.
- Manage monthly payroll processes and support annual pay cycle administration.
- Lead the implementation of new HR technology systems in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Provide first-line support for employee relations, escalating as needed to HR Business Partners.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key teams across the organisation.
**About You - HR Operations Lead**:
- Qualifications: Degree-level education or equivalent, with a professional HR qualification (CIPD Level 5 or equivalent).
- Experience: Proven experience managing HR Operations teams and processes, with a strong focus on HRIS platforms and data management.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of UK employment law, excellent communication, and a collaborative, coaching-based leadership style.
- Project Management: Experience in leading system implementations or large-scale process improvements is highly desirable.
- IT Literate: Confident with the Microsoft Office suite and HRIS platforms.
