**Temporary Administrator - Sowerby Bridge - Early finish on Fridays**

**Location**: HX6 - Sowerby Bridge

**Salary**: £10.25

**Hours**:Monday to Thursday 8:30- 5:00, 45 minute lunch
- Shorter days on Fridays 9:00-3:00

**Start date**: ASAP

Office Angels Bradford are working alongside a manufacturing client based in Sowerby Bridge We are currently looking for an Administrator to support the logistics manager This role is temporary 4-6 weeks covering sickness and can offer an early finishof 3:00pm on a Friday too

**We can offer an immeidate start for this position**

**Your day-to-day duties will include**:

- Managing and preparing shipping documents
- Scanning and Filing
- Data Entry - Maintaining and updating information
- Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
- Have excellent timekeeping and organisation
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Have good communication skills
- IT Literate - Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
