**PWS **are currently looking for a part-time Traffic Dispatcher to work with one of our customers in **Oldbury**.

**Main Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Transport administration and filing duties
- Liaising with customers to ensure operational requirements, KPI'S and customer satisfaction are met and improved.
- Driver Contact throughout the day to ensure that timed deliveries are completed.
- General admin duties

**Skills required**:

- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise effectively.
- Experience of working to strict deadlines in a time critical environment.
- Computer literate - comfortable using business software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A willingness to adapt and develop skill-sets and knowledge which is determined by the role/business.
