HR Administrator

Salary £22,000 a year after six months’ probation

Job type Full-time 37.5 hrs/week 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Permanent position - with a 6 months probationary period

Role: HR Administrator

Location: Chesterfield.

HR Administrator

You will be expected to be able to work confidentially and autonomously within an HR advisory capacity.

**Essential Skills and Experience**

Minimum CIPD level 3/5

Significant experience of working as an HR Administrator dealing with absence management, grievances.

Ability to build positive relationships with managers, colleagues and Trade Union representatives.

Experience in TUPE transfer incoming and outgoing.

Up to date knowledge of employment legislation.

**Desirable**

Experience of working in an employee relations and engagement role in the care industry.

Experience of Agenda for change terms and conditions of employment.

Experience of advising managers at disciplinary hearing and other formal hearings.

**Training - personal development**

HomeCareDirect has its own training department and will facilitate a personal development plan to meet the needs of your specific role, to aid your personal development. You are required to undertake training identified by the company to support your role and responsibilities, some of this will be undertake off site and at varying locations

**Remuneration**

Salary Range:

- £21,500-£22,000 per annum depending on experience, competency is achieved through module based learning, one to one training and external courses.

Mileage is paid at 48p per mile for the first 10,000 miles, 25p per mile thereafter, Expenses are paid as agreed by your line manager.

The company has a bonus structure which will be discussed in more depth.

**Hours of Work**:
37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (flexibility required to meet the clients and company needs).

There may be occasion where due to the distance of your client overnights stays are required, hotels are provided by the company and meal contributions.
