Your Role

The purpose of this role is to work within Customer Enrolment Team to the achievement of its targets and objectives; with a core focus on supporting the sales team during the initial early life stages of our customers. The responsibilities also include ensuring the individual works within Verastar’s values, is motivated, able to perform successfully and is prepared to give 100% to the role.

Successfully execute the Customer Enrolment sales plan achieving all targets and objectives

Actively contribute to improving the Customer Enrolment team processes and procedures

Maintain a close and supportive relationship with the Inspire Payments sales team

Create excellent working relationships across the Verastar colleague community

Experience and Skills Required

IT literate, with knowledge of the effective use of Microsoft (Word, excel PowerPoint)

No previous experience is required

The drive and resilience required to support and win in a competitive sales environment

The personal gravitas required to establish credibility with colleagues and customers

The self-awareness to identify own development needs and the desire to continually improve both self and the team

The ability to communicate concisely and confidently
