An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Social Work Practitioner to work within North West Manchester Community Mental Health Team. You will play a crucial role in the clinical leadership of the team and support staff to provide a high-quality service to service users and carers. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic practitioner who has a real passion for providing support to promote mental and physical heath, wellbeing and recovery.

Your role will involve supporting the manager in all aspects of managing the services as well as provide clinical leadership and patient care within the team.

You will be expected to support other practitioners within the service in development of their skills by offering highly developed risk assessments and management plans.

Leading with a positive and helpful attitude is essential for the team, so you will be an excellent communicator and demonstrate the ability to motivate the team to deliver high quality and responsive care.

The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate both their clinical abilities and leadership qualities, whilst promoting high quality services.

The post holder will be expected to participate in the service bronze on call and bronze on site rota as required.
