**Join Our Team as Welcome Host at Tottenham Hale Station.**

**The Role**

As a Welcome Host at Greater Anglia, you will serve as the friendly face of our organization, playing a vital role in ensuring a positive travel experience for our passengers.

Duties may include:
Provide exceptional customer service by meeting and greeting customers, creating a safe environment, and answering inquiries with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Assist customers on and off trains.
- Oversee all matters regarding to safety, security, cash regulations and maintenance of the Ticket Machines
- You will be responsible for carrying out winter precautions as per station arrangements. Responsible for maintaining security
- Conduct station cleaning to maintain appearance and perform security checks per the Station Security Plans (SSP), including monitoring for left items, ensuring waste bins are secure, and confirming doors are locked, with frequency varying from every 30 minutes to twice daily
- Have a friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively
- Are calm under pressure, able to think on their feet, and able to handle various situations
- Possess a “can-do” attitude and enjoy working as part of a team
- Take pride in providing top-notch customer service and passionate in ensuring customer safety
