**Role Details**
- You will be working an average of 35 hours per week over a six-week roster. Earliest shift times will start at 06:15 am, lates finishing at 22:15 and night shifts starting at 21:45 and finishing at 06:45am, including a combination of early, late, night and weekend.
- You must be able to arrange your own transport to ensure timely arrival for early and late shifts. Full training and a uniform are provided upon joining.
- Please note that applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Full uniform will be provided to ensure that you embrace our values as a brand

**Join Our Team as a Platform Host Supervisor Relief at Tottenham Hale station**

**About the Role**

The purpose of this role is to provide a safe environment whilst delivering effective customer service and seeking opportunities to enhance the customer experience at our station.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Create a welcoming environment while providing pro-active assistance to customers on and off trains.
- This colleague will be responsible for managing the platform team in all matters regarding safety, security, and safe punctual dispatch of trains, whilst working in accordance with the rule book and operational standards.
- Maintain and feel comfortable providing top notch customer service in a fast-paced environment, especially at busier stations like Liverpool Street.
- Support customers with mobility impairments to ensure a smooth journey.
- Collaborate with Drivers and Conductors to ensure smooth communication and service.
- Comply with safety regulations, reporting faults and hazards as necessary, as you will be responsible for the safe and punctual dispatch of trains. You’ll be invited to a 5-day Dispatch course.
- Collaborate with other areas of the business when required to ensure operational efficiency, whilst providing support and assistance to customers during disruption.
- Have a friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication
- Are calm under pressure, able to think on their feet, and able to handle various situations
- Possess a “can-do” attitude and enjoy working as part of a team
- Take pride in providing top-notch customer service and passionate in ensuring customer safety
- Have team spirit and bring your unique self to strengthen our team and foster a positive work environment.
- A problem solver, as the role will encounter many different situations, whilst always maintaining integrity.
