**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:

- Vocational training at a higher level in a relevant discipline, or equivalent combination of appropriate qualifications and experience;
- At least 8 years of equivalent combination of qualifications and experience in Cyber Security;
- Experience in:

- Configuring Microsoft Windows 2008+ and Microsoft Windows 7+ Active Directory domain environments;
- Configuring Enterprise Cyberspace Security solutions such as McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (including data loss prevention);
- Cyberspace security hygiene and compliancy management;
- Conducting vulnerability assessments;
- Supporting of digital forensic;
- Providing briefings to a wide ranging military and civilian audience;
- Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements;
- Knowledge and experience of incident management relating to Cyber Security events;
- Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including Allied Command Operations (ACO) and Allied Command Transformation (ACT);
- Certification and accreditation:

- Information security SCTY;
- Information assurance INAS.

**Duties/role**:

- Investigating and resolving issues in a systematic approach;
- Maintaining sound knowledge in the area of work;
- Assisting:

- The superiors and recommends solutions;
- In managing of the crypto material and public key infrastructure in accordance with NATO, ACO and NCIA directives;
- In the creation and maintenance of local accreditation documentation;
- To TIER 3 as required in respect to event analysis and interpretation and in direction by Cyber Security SL;
- Communicating with other CSU internal units, Service Lines and other Security Authorities;
- Providing:

- Cyber security advice and Level 1 support as required;
- CIS Security technical support and assistance to NATO CIS Operating Authorities;
- Digital forensic support to security investigations in line with the local SLA and as directed, as requested;
- Implementing security settings at the local level;
- Executing the security incident management process;
- Conducting vulnerability assessments within policy guidelines and as directed;
- Being responsible for the monitoring and support of assigned systems and portions of the networks including the support to local cyber security training and awareness programs;
- Conducting security inspection and configuration activities of electronic devices introduced to the assigned AOR;
- Maintaining security incident register and acting as the alternate COMSEC custodian;
- Implementing security awareness training for site uses;
- Performing other duties as may be required.
