Logistics and Business Support Administrator

Cordant People seek a professional administrator, preferably with a background in logistics.
Motor industry experience with an understanding of general process cycles would be beneficial (production, logistics, invoicing and registration).
The possession of solid Microsoft Access and Excel skills and the ability to work with numbers is a must for this role (including Pivot tables and VLookups).
Also must be able to produce reports to a standard suitable for distribution at senior management level.
SAP/ERP systems experience would be advantageous but not essential.
Key aspects of the role:
- Provide support to the sales support function with DTS payments, programme management, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Manage business Sales Admin, Logistics and Company Demonstrator Fleet.
- Liaise with Dealer personnel, District Sales Managers, Finance and Capital to ensure payment queries are managed and a good communication flow is maintained between all parties.
- Report back on payment/CSP Process Flow with an aim to manage the continued improvement of the process.
- Roll out campaign initiatives in SAP and implement new processes with dealers. Generate and validate subsequent reporting. Manage payment uploads to SAP and yubik.
- Analyse and report trends on all business sales KPI’s and invoicing.
- Compile and exchange information with Head Office colleagues.
- Accurate market demand rolling and general forecasting.
- Provide ad hoc sales support to dealers and personnel within the business.
- Renewal of taxing the demo vehicles together with providing finance with a payment card of transactions as per the statement supplied.
- Requesting plating certificates for demo vehicles.
- Monitor shipment of all brand and demo vehicles.
This position will include weekly 1 to 1 meetings with the Manager.
It will be based in Basildon (currently Hybrid working : 3 days in office with 2 days working remotely).

£36,000 per annum
25.5 days holiday + bank holidays
37.5 hours per week
Hours of work: 9am-5pm Monday - Friday with 30 minute lunch break
