Our Professional Services practice is growing, and we are looking for dedicated and passionate Consultants to implement Profisee MDM solutions and empower our customers. Project work includes full lifecycle implementations as well as training and mentoring customers all over the world.

**Requirements**:
Profisee’s professional services offerings are designed to quickly onboard new customers and help them in developing an MDM Center of Excellence using our two engagement styles:

- Full project lifecycle engagements where we design and implement analytical and operational MDM solutions for our customers.
- Services offerings such as our Accelerators deliver a comprehensive approach to MDM by combining practical workshops, design sessions, implementation assignments and best-practice reviews. All delivered in just a few weeks, clients gain the self-sufficiency needed to build on a solid project foundation encompassing the fundamentals of a comprehensive MDM solution.

**Success in this position means**:

- You learn and master the Profisee Platform and related technologies like the Azure Data Services platforms. After three months you will be certified in all Profisee Academy courses, have shadowed another Consultant on an engagement and completed an onboarding project.
- By the sixth month you will have implemented your first MDM solution and be contributing real-world feedback to R&D, Support and Product Management.
- After one year you will have completed multiple projects, be recognized as an expert in one or more areas of the product and will be contributing to our knowledge base and Academy offerings.

**We have high expectations for our Consultants and expect learning and growth from each completed project.**

**Your Performance Objectives - What You Will Accomplish**

**After one month**:
You will earn and master the Profisee Platform and related technologies like the Azure Data Services platforms.

**After three months**:
You will be certified in all Profisee Academy courses, have shadowed another Consultant on an engagement and completed an onboarding project.

**By the sixth month**:
You will have implemented your first MDM solution and be contributing real-world feedback to R&D, Support and Product Management.

**After one year**:
You will have completed multiple projects, be recognized as an expert in one or more areas of the product and will be contributing to our knowledge base and Academy offerings.

**Skills you need**:

- 2+ years of experience in Consulting or data management roles like BI or data warehousing.
- SQL, modeling & ETL experience (SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Talend, etc.).
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience implementing Profisee or another MDM platform.
- Application programming interface experience (SOAP/REST APIs).
- Azure Kubernetes Services.
- Experience with ERP or CRM packages (e.g., SAP, D365).

**Reporting Relationship & Location**
- The Consultant will report directly to one of our Managing Consultants.
- Currently our Consultants are working safely from home, but we anticipate some travel to client sites will resume in the future, up to 25%.
