**School Administrator**

**Job description**

Grange Primary School are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, reliable and efficient school administrator to work in our busy school office alongside our dedicated Admin team.

We are looking for a School Administrator who will be able to support across a range of administrative tasks that’s includes, but is not exhaustive to;
- carrying out reception and telephone duties;
- assist in arranging school activities such as: arranging supply cover, booking courses and trips and filing;
- collect, receipt and bank money;
- Process orders and deliveries
- assist in compiling reports, data and records;
- Liaise with parents;
- Work with a range of programs input data into computerised systems to ensure the smooth running of the school including; being able to produce reports, set up academic years, and complete the census;
- Effectively communicate with other members of the school team.

You will have:

- Excellent organisational skills with exemplary spoken and written communication skills
- Previous experience of an administration (or similar role).
- Excellent organisational skills
- A pleasant telephone manner
- Competent IT skills and ability to work across a range of computerised systems.
- An ability to work to deadlines and prioritise.
