Finance Assistant

**Job Summary**:
Ormazabal UK Ltd is a dynamic and innovative engineering solutions provider, known for our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Assistant to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Ledger**:
Ø Credit control
Ø Creation of milestone payments in line with T&Cs of Pos
Ø Billing plan
Ø chasing debtors, chase payments
Ø Creation of final invoices to customers
Ø Preparation of month end figures into Ormazabal finance
Ø Liaising with customers to provide Ormazabal data to be set up as a new supplier
**Purchase Ledger**:
Ø Support receipt of adhoc invoices from suppliers
Ø Support suppliers with correct info on process
Ø Liaise with suppliers to provide missing invoices/payments
Ø Manage adhoc/emergency payments
Ø Setting up on new supplier on supplier portal (Ariba)
**General Duties**:
Ø Financial/ finance-based support to inhouse stock management process
Ø Credit card and fuel card management; setting up/requesting, managing expenses
- supporting with receipt uploading/authorising payment (Sabbatic)
Ø Link with Gosa (financial third party), to obtain new customer VAT registration in SAP
Experience/Qualifications/Skills:
- Credit Control
- Sap experience
- desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines

Pay: £25,500.00-£28,500.00 per year
