**Description**

Reporting into the Finance Manager, the successful applicant for the Accounts Assistant will have the following duties:

- Management of the accounts payable function
- Invoice processing
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Resolving any supplier queries
- Sales ledger and invoice processing
- Assisting in Credit Control duties
- Preparation of credit notes as required
- Ad hoc duties

**Profile**
- Proven track record in a similar role
- Experience using an ERP system
- **French speaking
- basic**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Organised and excellent communication skills
- Team Focused
- Attention to detail
