**Advancing People - Multilingual Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a French Speaking Customer Service Manager for their client based in St.Neots, Cambridgeshire.** As a **French** Speaking Customer Service Manager it will be your responsibility to coach, train, develop and lead a team of 10-12 Customer Service Advisors ensuring a high level of customer service is achieved. The company are a global manufacturer& distributor therefore anyone with an understanding or experience of this sector is beneficial. **Roles & Responsibilities**: - To coach, train, develop and mentor a team of 10-12 advisors - Set K.P.I's, monitor SLA's and conduct regular 1-2-1's with staff - Communicate service related complaints to the Customer Operations Director - Lead the Team to ensure an excellent Customer Service function - Assist with new customer's enquiries - Recruit, lead, motivate, educate, coach and performance manage a team of customer service employees to deliver the best possible outcomes at all times within a B2B environment. **Person Specification**: - Fluent in **French** & English - Experience working as a Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Team Leader or Customer Service Supervisor - Strong customer focus and professional approach - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written - Ability to work effectively as part of a team - Positive "can do" attitude This is a full time permanent position offering an annual basic salary of **£45,000** + attractive company benefits This is a remote / Work from home position. If successful you would need to commute to St.Neots Cambridge 3 time a week.
