Here at XPO Logistics, we’re currently recruiting for a Compliance & Facilities Admin to join our expanding Facilities Team in Crick (NN6 7SL). Working Hours Mon - Fri 0800 - 1700hrs.
**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £20,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- Co-ordination of compliance activities on site and all associated documentation and policies
- Various ad hoc management reporting and analysis, including monthly stats and reports.
- Ensure all documents relating to Site Compliance / training / Site Maintenance are maintained and filed
- Organise and maintain a comprehensive filing system of both online documents and hardcopy files.
- To assist with the co-ordination of staff internal training and education activities, including new colleague inductions.
- Liaising with external contractors to ensure RAMS are adhered to and site inductions are carried out.
- Record and distribute minutes from H&S meetings
- Contact on-site equipment contractors and update status to the operation.
- Assist with development and record keeping of new and updated processes and policies
- Other duties as required by the department
**What you need to succeed at XPO**:
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office (word, Excel and Power point)
- Strong analytic and numeric skills essential.
- A high standard of oral and written communication skills across multiple levels
- Confident, organised self-starter able to work as part of a team or on your own initiative
- Be able to manage own workload and make clear rational decisions under pressure
