**About the Role***

The post holder will support the Director of Corporate Assurance in the delivery of risk management and compliance service across Totally group. The post holder will be responsible for providing assurance in relation to the delivery of risk management and information security compliance across Group.

Working in partnership with the group's senior leaders, the post holder will promote a positive and open risk management culture and support and contribute to risk initiatives through the risk management strategy and framework. The post holder will embed robust and responsive processes across all Totally Group's activity, underpinning the delivery of safe, high-quality care to service users and clear assurance to stakeholders and regulators.

**Your Day to Day***

Risk Management:

- Increase awareness in risk management across the Group and provide support through the attendance at corporate, divisional and regional risk related meetings.
- Support management and corporate teams through facilitation, training and reporting (formal and informal) to identify, assess, analyse, and manage risks, ensuring they understand the requirement and their responsibilities in this.
- Produce scheduled standardised risk reports within agreed time scales for the Group's Risk Management Committee and / or other meetings as required.
- Manage and advise on risk-register framework development (including the Board Assurance Risk Register).
- Ensure that risk management clearly integrates with board assurance activities, risk management strategy and framework, audit planning processes, group strategy and organisational objectives.

Compliance:

- To support the Director of Corporate Assurance in the administration of our Group ISO 27001 compliance and beyond.
- Work with divisions and corporate functions to ensure accreditation is embedded across our business to support strategic objectives.

Training and Development:

- Working in conjunction with the Learning and Development function undertake annual training needs analysis relating to risk management and compliance.
**Undertake continuous professional development to ensure knowledge of risk management frameworks, corporate standards, regulations and best practice is kept current and relevant to the organisation.**

**Qualification, Experience & Training***
- Able to use a range of software packages including word processing and spreadsheets
- Ability to analyse data from a variety of sources and formats and produce reports which include numerical data
- Able to produce and present high-quality reports and briefing notes to a wide and varied audience
- Experience of interpreting complex information (both verbal and written) and feeding back in an accessible
- Experience delivering continuous improvement strategies i.e. ISO 27001
