We are searching for an individual with a positive attitude to work, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, who will provide administrative support to the **Accounting Team**, the ability to work well as part of a team is key.
Key Responsibilities:
As an administrator you would be responsible for a variety of activities that can include:
- Managing the reception area, including welcoming clients
- Client exchanging of various matters.
- Organising meetings and scheduling appointments.
- Managing client invoices & payments
- Liaising with clients & suppliers
- Managing & filing relevant documentation
- Filing out accounting records
- Good all-round administration ability and be proficient on computers
- Telephoning HMRC on client and company’s behalf
- Good understanding of Microsoft Outlook

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Be polite and approachable
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and fast paced
- Self-sufficient
- Can work own work load
Advantageous:

Start date: As soon as possible
Working Hours: Full Time: 9am - 5pm Monday-Friday / Part Time: 9am - 1pm Monday-Friday
**Salary**: Competitive salary dependant on experience/qualifications.
2o Days holiday plus bank holidays

Part-time hours: 20-37.5 per week
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
