**THE COMPANY**:
Our client, with offices across the UK, is the parent company of specialist insurance businesses with operations in Europe, the US, Asia and Australia. They are currently looking for Controls Operations Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.
**THE ROLE**:
The Controls Operations Analyst’s duties will include:

- Perform assigned control monitoring and reporting tasks
- Maintain up to date process documentation for assigned tasks
- Make recommendations for process improvements to assist in running existing processes more efficiently
- Build effective working relationships with other team members
- Liaising with senior Underwriters throughout the business

**THE PERSON**:

- Previous experience working within the insurance sector
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, able to perform V Look ups and Pivot tables
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Team worker as well as able to work on own initiative
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Accurate and numerate
