Process Operator

- Etex are seeking a Process Operator to join the Promat UK Production Team, based in Heywood, Greater Manchester- We are looking for:

**What you'll do**
- Safety:
- To always promote Health & Safety in the workplace, displaying excellent personal safety and challenging others when unsafe behaviour is observed.-
- Respect and maintaining 5S standards within the Workshop Shopfloor, to meet the company standards in place. If required, they are to complete and communicate any Audits required.- Quality:
- Responsibility for ensuring that all products and processes meet all required internal and external standards by;-
- Working with the team (CNC Setter, Lead Operator, Quality) to ensure all products are produced to the defined specifications. Using the Workshop Job Card system, Engineering drawings and PIMTO sheets (Production Issues Made-To-Order)
- Ensure components are dimensionally correct before manipulating.
- Ensure components are free from damage and the kit itinerary is correct.- Operation:- To be able to complete a range of operations within the Workshop and Dalfratex departments after training, to a high standard and right first time.
- Identifying irregularities in machined components and using the appropriate tools to highlight them to management for resolution and support as required- Self-development:- To operate towards the work instructions to ensure compliance to each task and ensure competence and continually be able to demonstrate this.
- To pro-actively pursue self-development by asking for feedback and using material and tools available such as eLearning programmes through Etex Talent and the Learning Hub.**What you'll bring**
- The role holder will bring a strong sense of team work, having previous experience in a similar role. FLT License is desirable but not essential**Who you'll work with**

**Required Education**
