About the job

We are seeking a senior nurse with experience in palliative care to join their team and work in conjunction with other healthcare professionals to quickly provide our community service palliative care spanning South East and South West Oxfordshire. Alongwith a 24-hour coordination and advice line, this also offers a hospice at home service.

The main goal of the position is to enhance the lives of people who are suffering from advanced life-limiting illnesses by offering more care to more people in South Oxfordshire.

About you:

- registered nurse with palliative care
- excellent communication skills
- hold qualifications in non-medical prescribing
