**Team Introduction**:
High ethical standards and a culture of integrity will play a pivotal role in achieving the vision of the Ethics Office. The Ethics Office was created to guide ethical leadership and decision making; develop, educate, and raise awareness on internal policies; and lead and manage investigations.
We are looking for an individual with a strong investigation background with a focus on bullying, discrimination, harassment and retaliation cases for the Ethics Offices in the EMEA region, which includes Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The main responsibilities include conducting prompt, thorough, and fair investigations consisting of background research, investigative interviews, and debrief meetings in partnership with Employment Law, HR and Ethics Business Partners, and the business.
**You will be joining our Global Ethics Office to**:
- Nurture Speak Up culture, operate EMEA speak-up hotline platforms, and ensure that all allegations are assigned and picked up by different teams in a timely manner.
- Maintain oversight and accountability for the investigation case management system, keep improving its efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct confidential internal investigations into allegations of violations of internal policies, including but not limited to bullying, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and produce comprehensive and clear investigation reports and/or outcomes.
- Drive the disciplinary procedure in line with the investigation report, and align with key stakeholders to get to a consensus.
- Monitor and implement corrective action plans to enhance controls and processes.
- Identify ethics & compliance matters that require improvement, working with our Head of Ethics & various internal groups to amend policies and drive training and awareness approaches accordingly.
- Participate in the identification and delivery of Ethics projects/continuous improvement initiatives to improve the policy framework, increase knowledge within the firm and expand Ethics & Compliance capability within the team
- Participate in the development and delivery of training, evaluate effectiveness and knowledge retention, and assess employee perceptions of ethical culture.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with solid and traceable experience in ethics&compliance (preferably working in a tech company) with 3+ years experience in Ethics, ER, HR or workplace investigations;
- Experience in investigating and advising on employment-related matters is mandatory;
- Working experience in multiple EMEA jurisdictions and knowledge in labour law will be highly advantageous
- Excellent Project Management skills, strong communicator with the ability to manage various stakeholders/programs concurrently.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate successfully within ambiguity, with multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment.
- Must be hands-on with a bias for action and be flexible to meet the needs of our rapid growth.
