Despatch Operative

**CRANSWICK COUNTRY FOODS POULTRY IS HIRING NIGHT OPERATIVES AND PICKERS FOR DESPATCH**

We are now recruiting for full-time, permanent **Night Operatives and Pickers** to join the Despatch team.

Shift pattern : 4on 4off rota from **18:40pm till 6:40am**

Pay Rates:

- **Operatives: £13.18/ hour including attendance bonus**:

- **Pickers: £14.18/hour inclluding attendance bonus**

**Part of the role will be**:

- Picking and packing products
- Scanning pallets in and out
- Stock rotation
- Checking that each item conforms to standards
- Loading and unloading as required
- Performing other warehouse duties as required

**What you will need**:

- Good organisational skills
- Numeracy skills
- IT competent to use our electronic scanners
- To be a hard working, reliable team player
