The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa is seeking a new Receptionist to join the exceptional Front of House team.
We are looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal skills and great attention to detail to ensure that guests have the very best experience during their stay. Experience within hotels and/or receptionist duties is preferred, although full training will be provided. Requires flexibility for frequent weekend and evening work.
The main purpose of the job is as follows:
- To greet guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
- To show each guest to their accommodation, explaining the facilities throughout the hotel
- To record guest details and input onto the system
- To liaise with all departments regarding guest requirements ensuring all requests are handled promptly
- To accept and process payments
- To make reservations as required
- To work closely with other team members to ensure a unique guest experience

Pay: From £12.30 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week

**Experience**:
- Hotel Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
